The object is situated in a historical center of town. The neighborhood is unique collection of historical sights and structures, consists of gothic, renaissance and baroque monuments. The city also takes pride in its modern architecture monuments from the 20th century. The masterpieces of such architects as Gocar, Kotera and others contributed greatly to gaining the title The Salon of the Republic.

The building was build at the and of the 18th century on stone foundation from 14th century. The house is currently under reconstruction now. You can find four comfortable homes and two stores there. Each store has two entrances and one large store fronts. In addition, all residents will have access to the private wine cellar for 10 - 15 guests.
